Rosegal: tracking shipping and contacting customer service

Hi everyone! In this post I will show you how to track your order shipping and contacting customer service, in case you need some help with your Rosegal orders. I love Rosegal, and I usually shop on it; however some people don't usually shop online, and may have some troubles in things like shipping track, order placing, customer service contacting etc. I hope this two guides will help you to improve your online shopping.

Track your shipping:
1)First of all, go to rosegal and login with your username and password. 
click here and then..


2)You will automatically be directed to 'My Account'. Search through your orders and find the order you want to track the shipping. Then, click on 'View Tracking Message':




It will show up a windows like this, where you can find tracking informations, shipment date, estimated shipping time etc: 3) Here you can find your tracking information. However, if you want more informations, you can use the link and the tracking number provided here:



4)If you click on the link, you will be redirected to a page like this, where you can find all the informations you need about your order shipping:


5)If informations don't show up immediately, you just have to click here:
and then select your carrier between the ones showed:

If you don't know what your carrier is, use another website like this RoseGal tracking, which will detect your carrier automatically:

Second guide: How to contact Customer Service
1)Go to rosegal, then scroll the page until the bottom and click here:

2)You will be redirected to this page, where you can find Shopping FAQ, help about payment methods, warranty and returns ecc.  Click on what you need to know. You can even choose phone service, calling to the following numbers:
1-202-318-2470 (for US Customers);
001-202-318-2470 (for Other Customers).


3)If you need specific assistence, just click on the button right there, in order to get in touch with Rosegal team assistents:

4)You will be redirected to this page. Select your question type first (Pre-sale; Account; Payments & Tax; Order; Returns & Exchange) ; then select a contact channel. (Facebook Messenger; Submit a ticket; Live chat; Call us).
In some cases, based on what you selected on the first line, Rosegal will automatically recommend you the best contact channel to use. 
Et voilà! Rosegal team will be ready to help you to better resolve your doubts, questions and problems.
